The scope spans five schedules with distinct work packages. Schedule 2 requires installation of two concrete poles and removal of three wood poles with associated equipment. The owner will furnish concrete poles, concrete cylinder piles, and wood poles; contractors must supply stabilization materials, steel cans, dumpsters, erosion and sediment control materials, and compost socks. Contractors must submit written pole installation methods and lump-sum pricing for erosion and sediment control work, with optional unit pricing for change-order items including compost sock installation, temporary and permanent stabilization, timber matting, and weekly erosion control inspection.

The estimated total cost across all five schedules is $1,046,744 (Schedule 1: $718,372.97; Schedule 2: $49,857.79; Schedule 3: $259,065.56; Schedule 4: $19,447.68; Schedule 5: zero).
