About this opportunity
Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) is seeking to procure a single/sole source digital curriculum and Industry Certification Testing platform from CEV Multimedia, LLC for its Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. The procurement covers digital curriculum and vouchers across multiple career clusters, including Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources; Business, Management and Administration; Health Science; and Marketing, Sales and Service. The district anticipates over 6,000 students will utilize this digital curriculum as a primary instructional resource, with the platform offering unique features such as frequent content updates, easy transferability, and comprehensive alignment to CTE program standards. The sole source posting period runs from June 2, 2025, to June 11, 2025, with a subsequent protest period from June 12, 2025, to June 17, 2025. Interested firms may upload responses via www.myvendorlink.com to potentially demonstrate "like" commodities and services, though HCPS emphasizes this is not a competitive solicitation and responses will only be used to determine if bona-fide competition exists.
The procurement appears to have no specific set-aside designations or restrictions on responding organizations. CEV Multimedia, LLC, based in Lubbock, Texas, is positioned as the exclusive provider of this curriculum, with no other companies authorized to distribute their materials across various educational domains including Agricultural Science, Construction, Business, Health Sciences, Law, Public Safety, Career Exploration, STEM, Transportation, and Automotive. The company owns and produces content for websites icevonline.com and aeseducation.com, with all purchases required to be made directly from them. While specific award values are not explicitly stated, the scope suggests a comprehensive contract covering digital curriculum licenses and testing platforms for a substantial student population across multiple career clusters. The procurement leverages existing digital curriculum platforms (previously known as BusinessCenter21 and HealthCenter21) that have been consolidated into CEV Multimedia's current digital curriculum platform, indicating potential continuity and familiarity for the school district.
