Additional work includes the removal of pine trees prior to road construction. Water Street, Bainbridge, Georgia 39817, for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. Sealed bids must be submitted to City Hall, 30 E. Broad Street, Camilla, Georgia 31730, by June 11, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. local time, with public opening and reading occurring at that location. The successful bidder must complete all work within 90 consecutive calendar days from the written Notice to Proceed, and the contract will be awarded within 30 days of bid opening.

Bidders are required to submit a bid bond or certified cashier's check equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount with their sealed bid submission. The successful contractor must furnish the owner with general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and performance and payment bonds each equal to 100 percent of the total bid amount, with surety companies required to appear on the U.S. Treasury Department's current list (Circular 570 as amended) and be authorized to conduct business in Georgia. All bids must be submitted on the official bid form included in the contract documents and must be plainly marked as "Bid for City of Camilla, Cemetery Roads Improvements- Phase III." Bidders' names must appear on an official Bidders List after obtaining plans and specifications directly from York & Associates Engineering, Inc.
