About this opportunity

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the procurement of ceiling tiles to be delivered to 109 Pleasant Street, Concord, New Hampshire. The State seeks 125 units of Armstrong Fine Fissured Ceiling Tiles (1729 model, 96 square feet per carton, white, 24" x 48", 5/8" thickness, mineral fiber with medium texture) and 6 units of CertainTeed Ceiling Tiles (HHF-154 model, 64 square feet per carton, white, 24" x 24", 0.625" thickness, mineral fiber). Bid submissions are due on February 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with the electronic bid opening conducted via Microsoft Teams. The deadline for questions and clarifications is February 11, 2026, with the State's responses due by February 13, 2026. Delivery must be completed within 30 days of purchase order receipt. The award will be made to the responsible vendor submitting a conforming bid at the lowest cost, and pricing must be firm for the entire contract period submitted in US dollars, including all delivery costs with F.O.B. destination pricing. Successful vendors must warranty all items for not less than one year from the date of receipt, inspection, and acceptance, covering 100% of parts, shipping, labor, travel, and lodging.

Vendors must be registered as authorized businesses in New Hampshire and maintain a completed Vendor Application Package with the Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to award. Bid prices must remain valid for 180 days from the bid due date, and no special charges, surcharges, fuel charges, or credit card transaction fees may be added beyond the bid price. Payment will not be due until 30 days after invoice receipt at the agency business office or after delivery, inspection, and acceptance of items, whichever is later. The resulting contract will be non-exclusive, and the State reserves the right to award by item or to retain other contractors, as well as the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice. Environmentally friendly products are encouraged, and vendors must provide material safety data sheets for products covered under RSA 277-A, the Worker's Right to Know Act. No specific budget range or set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises are identified in the solicitation documents.
