About this opportunity
The Georgia Department of Driver Services is seeking qualified vendors through an electronic Request for Quote (eRFQ) to provide comprehensive maintenance services for CDL test courses and parking lots statewide. The procurement specifically requires contractors to perform seal coating, crack sealing, vegetation removal, and striping across multiple locations. Vendors must submit a complete bid package with all required documentation to be considered responsive, with the award being made to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder meeting established specifications. The solicitation was posted on October 24, 2025, with proposals due by November 18, 2025. Interested bidders must submit all questions in writing via email to Lisa Gunthorp at lisa.gunthorp@dds.ga.gov, with no verbal communications accepted. Potential vendors are advised to regularly review the eRFQ during the solicitation period for potential addenda or clarifications, and any communication with state staff outside of the specified channels may result in bid disqualification or potential suspension/debarment proceedings.
While no specific set-aside designations or enterprise restrictions were explicitly mentioned in the procurement documents, vendors are required to comply with standard state procurement regulations. The solicitation does not indicate an existing incumbent contractor or specify precise infrastructure integration requirements. Bidders seeking assistance with the procurement system can contact the Help Desk at procurementhelp@doas.ga.gov or call 404-657-6000 for technical support during the registration and bidding process. No specific budget range or maximum award value was disclosed in the available documentation. Potential contractors should carefully review the full specifications, which are noted to be available in the general comment/attachment section of the bid document, to ensure complete understanding of the project scope and requirements.
