The procurement will be conducted through the PennBid Program, with a public bid opening scheduled for September 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM in Rutledge, Pennsylvania. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond for $100.00, payable to CDCA. The successful contractor will be required to provide a Contractor's Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond approved by the Authority. All bid documents, construction plans, and specifications are available online at www.PennBid.net at no cost to prospective bidders. The procurement appears to focus on maintenance services for right-of-way areas, with specific details potentially outlined in the attached specification documents.
The solicitation requires bidders to pay a PennBid Program fee of 1/3% of the contract award value, with a minimum fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. While the documents do not explicitly mention set-aside designations or specific enterprise restrictions, bidders should carefully review the attached documents, including the bid bond, specifications, and required bid documents, for any potential limitations. The attached files include a Bid Bond template, project specifications, required bid documents, and plans, suggesting a comprehensive procurement process.
