Federal requirements under 2 C.F.R. Part 200 apply, including Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act compliance, Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act adherence, and six-year records retention obligations.
