About this opportunity

The City of Philadelphia Department of Procurement is soliciting quotes for camera accessories under a micro purchase requirements contract with quotes due June 30, 2026 and a performance period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028.

Sellers must quote all line items to be eligible for award. The City reserves the right to award the contract as a whole or by line item, whichever serves its best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and may accept quotes from multiple sellers. No delivery or services shall commence until the department issues a purchase order and formal notification.

The maximum contract value is $43,000, adjusted annually by the CPI-U increase from January 1, 2020 to the most recent published CPI-U figure, rounded to the nearest $1,000. All prices must be quoted FOB Destination Point, net of federal excise, transportation, and Pennsylvania sales and use taxes, and must remain firm throughout the contract term unless approved in writing by the Procurement Department.

Quotes must be submitted electronically through PHLContracts and must include a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement. An executed form is a hard requirement for quote acceptance; failure to provide it results in rejection. Quote validity is 60 days from submission for firm limit contracts or throughout the entire contract term for requirements contracts.

Sellers must maintain general liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence, automobile liability of $300,000 per occurrence, and workers' compensation at statutory limits. Sellers must not be indebted to the City for delinquent taxes and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Submission of the LGBTQ Applicant Data Form is voluntary. The form requests NGLCC/IBA certification status and other diversity certifications including those from ESMDC, PAUCP, Disability:IN, or WBENC. Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status is addressed during the submission process on PHLContracts.
