Monthly partial payments follow City inspection and approval, with a 45-calendar-day payment window after Certificate of Payment issuance.
A bid bond equal to not less than 5 percent of the bid amount is required. Performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100 percent of the contract amount, are required upon award. Liquidated damages are $600 per day for failure to achieve Substantial Completion within the contract period, and an additional $600 per day for items remaining on the punch list beyond 30 days of Substantial Completion.
