Broward County Bus Wraps for WIC

The Florida Department of Health in Broward County is seeking to procure social marketing advertising services to place advertisements for WIC services on Broward County Transit buses. This sole source contract, valued at an estimated $35,000, is intended to reach underserved and at-risk communities in need of these public health programs and services. The justification for the sole source procurement is that Vector Media has exclusive rights to sell advertising for Broward County Transit, and no other competition was identified. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the notice. Pricing terms, set asides, funding requirements, and other salient details are also not included.

The sole source procurement indicates there are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The notice does not identify any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it mention any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The budget for this contract is estimated at $35,000, but the actual award value may vary.
