MnDOT does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, lodging rooms, or meals; pricing submitted must be firm and will not be adjusted if attendance falls below the 220-person estimate.
Respondents must submit Attachment A (Responder Declarations), Attachment B (Exceptions to State's Standard Terms), and all other requested documentation through the SWIFT Supplier Portal. Questions are due October 7, 2026 no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time, directed to Rhiannon Fissehaye at Rhiannon.Fissehaye@state.mn.us. Questions will be answered by addendum.
