About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking a purchase order for paratransit coupon booklets through a competitive bidding process in Dallas County, Texas. The procurement requires vendors to produce coupon booklets with specific technical and design specifications as outlined in the attached Paratransit Coupon Booklet Specifications document. Vendors must register through the Bonfire platform to access complete bid details and submit responses. The solicitation requires precise adherence to DART's purchase order terms, including FOB Destination shipping with freight costs included in the overall pricing. Key submission requirements include comprehensive invoice documentation, with bids due by December 11, 2025. Vendors must demonstrate capability to meet strict delivery timelines, as failure to comply could result in contract rejection or termination. The procurement process emphasizes detailed product specifications, timely delivery, and complete compliance with DART's established contractual frameworks.
The procurement does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged business enterprises based on the provided documentation. Payment terms are standardized at Net 30, with invoices to be submitted electronically to APInvoices@dart.org in triplicate format. While specific budget ranges are not disclosed in the available documents, vendors should be prepared to provide competitive pricing for paratransit coupon booklet production. The solicitation requires vendors to have technical printing capabilities to meet DART's precise coupon booklet specifications. Potential bidders must thoroughly review the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Paratransit Coupon Booklet Specifications documents to understand the full scope of requirements. Successful vendors will need robust production capabilities, strict adherence to technical specifications, and the ability to meet DART's rigorous delivery and documentation standards. Interested companies should carefully review all supporting documentation and complete the Bonfire registration process to access comprehensive bid details.
