About this file
This document contains specifications for paratransit coupon booklets required by the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) in Texas. The specifications outline the technical requirements, design standards, and production specifications for the coupon booklets that will be procured through a purchase order process. While the document does not explicitly state item quantities, delivery dates, or response deadlines in the provided excerpt, it establishes detailed standards for the physical characteristics and printing requirements of the paratransit coupon books to ensure consistency and quality in their production and distribution.
The procurement is governed by DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, with shipping on an FOB Destination basis with freight costs included in the overall bid price. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org. Timely delivery is considered essential to the contract, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules may result in rejection and default termination. The complete specifications and bid details are accessible through DART's Bonfire registration system, where vendors can access the full project scope, pricing requirements, and submission fields necessary to prepare competitive bids for this paratransit coupon booklet procurement.
