Bid #15-57 Stars & Stripes T-Shirts

The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for the procurement of adult jersey Stars & Stripes t-shirts under statewide contract OFF33. The MSLC is seeking pricing on four quantity options ranging from 3,024 to 24,192 t-shirts, with various size breakdowns. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Massachusetts CommBuys system by Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. The t-shirts must be delivered to the MSLC's Canton Warehouse by May 29, 2015, with no mixing of sizes per case and each case labeled with the Purchase Order information. The MSLC is seeking pricing per unit and will not accept "or equals" for the specified t-shirt, which must meet detailed technical specifications outlined in the RFB, including 100% cotton, 5.5 oz jersey material, and pre-printed design elements. The MSLC makes no guarantee that any commodities or services will be purchased from this bid, and the contract will be awarded based on an evaluation of the responses to the specified requirements.

Additionally, the MSLC has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Keno gaming products and services, seeking a contractor to provide a complete Keno game management system, including hardware, software, and maintenance services, to support the operation of the Keno game across the state of Massachusetts. The contract term is for an initial period of five years, with options to renew for up to two additional five-year terms. The RFP provides detailed instructions for submitting pricing proposals, including requirements for itemized pricing and any applicable set-asides or preferences.
