The scope involves inspection and removal of all submerged sediment and debris from within the Auxiliary Lake Intake structure (constructed in 1999 with four operational levels) and the river side of the intake. The contract is a lump-sum, fixed-price engagement covering one year from contract execution contingent on City Council approval. Bidders must demonstrate experience providing similar services within the last five years through three references and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1 million, along with automotive and workers' compensation insurance. Bidders must register with and submit all required forms through the City's OpenGov e-procurement portal; failure to do so results in bid disqualification. Written questions are due November 5, 2026.
