The project will be completed between June 17, 2025, and August 18, 2025, with bidders required to demonstrate five years of continuous business operation and experience in theatrical lighting installations. Bidders must comply with background screening, E-Verify requirements, and provide various certifications including drug-free workplace and non-collusion statements. The project requires comprehensive insurance coverage, with policies needing approval from the School Board of Pinellas County.
