Evaluation criteria allocate 30 points to demonstrated A/E qualifications and experience, 30 points to Public Housing Authority or HUD-funded entity experience, 20 points to HUD regulations and standards knowledge, and 20 points to capability and capacity.

The contract term is one year with an option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. The Housing Authority may award to one or multiple firms.
