Each unit includes one Radio Management Online software license and associated radio management license for fleet management. Delivery is FOB to the Maryland Department of State Police, 7745 Washington Blvd, Jessup, Maryland 20794, with a delivery due date of June 30, 2026. Receiving hours are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; loading dock and forklift equipment are available.

Evaluation criteria are price and timeliness of delivery, in descending order of importance. This is a Fixed Price solicitation with no MBE goal requirement and no Small Business Reserve designation. All awarded vendors must be registered and in good standing with the State of Maryland and must provide FEIN and PO Number on all invoices, with the PO Number included on all packing slips. Points of contact are Heather Stark (410-379-9079, Heather.Stark@maryland.gov) and on-site contact Gary Davis (410-799-3466, Gary.Davis@maryland.gov). Proposals must be submitted through the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-procurement system.
