Installation locations include 2435 Sharkey Road in Clearwater, two sites in St. Petersburg (7200-22nd Avenue N. and one to-be-determined location), and 8601 60th Street N. in Pinellas Park. Permit fees vary by municipality (estimated $452 for Clearwater, $620 each for St. Petersburg locations; Pinellas Park fee unknown) and are the contractor's responsibility, though reimbursement is provided for actual permit costs upon presentation of receipts. A Level 2 fingerprinting and background check fee of $85 is required by Pinellas County School Board for the Pinellas Park site.

Contractors must hold a valid Florida construction license in regulated trades and demonstrate a minimum of two professional contract references from public or private entities for similar work completed within the past five years. Work must commence within 15 calendar days of notice to proceed and be completed within 48 months. Unit prices remain firm from contract execution through project completion. The county reserves the right to add or delete locations and services after award. Submittals may not be withdrawn for 120 days after opening. No site visit or pre-conference is required.
