About this opportunity
Mt. San Antonio College is requesting qualifications from vendors providing F-1 visa international student recruitment services, with qualifications due August 13, 2026. The College will establish a list of qualified vendors organized by geographical region; selected vendors enter into subsequent professional services agreements to refer international students to Mt. SAC.
Vendors must demonstrate capability to recruit and refer F-1 visa international students aligned with the institution's standards and objectives. The RFQ process serves as the vetting and application mechanism.
Compensation is structured as a referral fee or commission for each referred student who completes their first two terms in good standing, defined as completing a full course of study and paying all fees owed to the College. Payment is contingent upon student performance and financial obligation fulfillment, creating a performance-based model that aligns vendor compensation with student retention and institutional outcomes.
Selected vendors will operate under subsequent professional services agreements specifying referral terms and commission structure. The District maintains ongoing agreements with qualified vendors, continuing to compensate them as long as referred students meet performance standards and remain active in the program.
