Respondents must complete a State of Texas Subconturing Plan form as part of the qualification submission.

All RFQ package documents and responses are managed through e-Builder. Respondents must access and submit materials within the e-Builder platform using the designated link provided; addendums will be posted in e-Builder only, not on the ESBD posting. The Owner may select the top three or more ranked qualified respondents for interviews.
