About this opportunity
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has issued an addendum to its RFSOQBDC05-22/23 solicitation for the Chiefland - Dunnellon Trail Projects. This procurement is seeking qualifications from respondents to provide services related to the trail projects. The addendum addresses two questions from applicants - one regarding whether DEP intends to continue the procurement despite recent storm damage and repairs, and another about the type of sanitary facilities envisioned. DEP confirmed it will proceed with the RFSOQBDC05-22/23 solicitation, and stated that the specific design components, including the sanitary facilities, are yet to be determined. The addendum requires that it be signed and included with the bid submission, and failure to do so may result in the bid's rejection. The solicitation is for projects located in Lee County, Florida.
The procurement does not provide additional details about the specific products, services, or quantities requested, nor does it mention any response dates, site visits, or award timelines. The pricing terms, set asides, funding sources, and other financial details are also not included in this addendum. There are no indications of any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond, and no information about incumbent vendors or current contractors, or existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The addendum also does not include any possible award values or budget ranges.
