About this opportunity
Ada County, on behalf of the Ada County Sheriff's Office, is requesting proposals for the purchase, delivery, and installation of one video booth enclosure for the Ada County Jail at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, Idaho, with proposals due June 27, 2026 under RFP 26056.
The booth must facilitate secure video conferencing between inmates and professional visitors (attorneys, clergy) and integrate with ACSO-owned and installed Cisco Webex systems and equipment. The source does not specify detailed technical requirements beyond this functional scope or identify the precise specifications the vendor must meet.
The Ada County Jail reserves the right to issue additional purchases, deliveries, and installations at other jail locations under identical contract terms, though the County is under no obligation to do so and provides no guarantee of follow-on orders. This language preserves optionality but does not establish a quantity commitment beyond the initial single booth.
