The City of Peachtree City, Georgia Police Department is soliciting sealed bids for purchase and installation of aftermarket accessories on six 2023 Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles, with the revised bid due date of March 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

The scope encompasses comprehensive equipment installation across lighting systems (Whelen light bars, surface mount units, and interior lights), siren and audio equipment (Whelen Cencom Core system with speakers), radar equipment (Kustom Radar Raptor RP1 with dual KA-band antenna), prisoner seating and cargo containment (Pro-Gard and Havis components), push bumpers, console equipment with laptop mounts and storage, power management systems, flashlights, and window deflectors. Addendum #2, issued February 15, 2023, specifies a 600-watt minimum power inverter with ignition sense capability and minimum two AC outputs (any brand meeting requirements is acceptable), an in-car Brother PJ-722 printer with hard-wired power and USB-A cable, a manual adjustable driver's A-pillar mounted Whelen LED spot lamp, and six-lamp Tracer lighting units in red, blue, and white color patterns for running board mounted positions. All installation work must be performed by certified technicians and electrical specialists with current certificates of status provided as part of the bid package.

Bidders must provide per-vehicle pricing and an extended base bid for all six vehicles, delivered and fully installed, with vehicles transported to and from the installation facility. The delivery deadline for all completed vehicles is thirty days from vehicle acceptance. A minimum one-year warranty on both parts and labor is mandatory. Bidders may indicate "complying" when supplying the City's specified products; substitutions require identification of manufacturer, product number, and supporting documentation per Addendum #1. Bidders must comply with E-Verify requirements, provide a valid federal tax identification number, and certify no conflicts of interest. The City reserves the right to award to the lowest responsible bidder and reject any or all bids.
