Scope includes excavation to 9.5 feet below grade, engineered fill, pier-and-footing foundations, pre-engineered wood trusses, metal wall panels, asphalt shingle roofing, 80 linear feet of chain link fencing, fuel tank relocation to a new concrete pad, trash compactor relocation, and block storage bin construction. Unit pricing applies to excavation, engineered fill, coarse stone fill, chain link fencing, and contaminated soil disposal. Design follows the 2021 Michigan Building Code, 2012 NFPA 101, and NFPA 70. Six allowances total $131,000, and Owner's contractors manage the trash compactor and fuel dispensing system work.
