Award will be made to the responsive and responsible best value bidder based on evaluation of the three lowest bids and qualitative components including technical approach, quality of personnel, and past performance.
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) are eligible to receive a 10% pricing preference under Public Act 91 of 2005, provided they submit appropriate documentation including proof of service and discharge conditions, proof of service-connected disability, and proof of business ownership. Michigan-based businesses submitting bids over $100,000 must complete a Michigan-Based Business Certification.
