Comprehensive general liability insurance is required with combined single limits of $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate, along with worker's compensation and professional liability coverage at $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate.
All pricing is net, including packing and crating, with transportation prepaid F.O.B. destination. Liquidated damages of $500 per day apply for delays beyond the contract completion date.
