Final products include printed and electronic reports, supporting maps and graphics, editable source files, and original GIS shapefiles.
Offerors must comply with applicable Georgia laws and submit signed addenda with their proposals. The successful offeror must furnish certificates of insurance before contract execution and satisfy the contractor affidavit requirement under O.C.G.A. 13-10-91(b)(1).
The project initiates in January 2027, with plan adoption targeted for September 2027, ahead of the October 31, 2027 Department of Community Affairs deadline. The county may invite one or more highest-scoring firms to present for up to 20 additional points. Proposals remain open for at least ninety days following opening.
