The estimated construction cost range is $135,000 to $155,000. Construction must be completed by November 30, 2026, with buffer and structure seeding due by December 15, 2026. Construction must commence within 7 days of a preconstruction conference held within 7 days prior to the approved start date. Bidders must submit a proposal guarantee (bid bond) equal to 10 percent of the base bid and a notarized affidavit confirming no collusion or fraud. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond equal to 100 percent of the contract price within 14 days of award. Liquidated damages are $175 per day for work other than seeding and $125 per day for seeding. Written questions must be directed to Spencer Pech at ISG Inc.
