Floyd County, Georgia, Purchasing Department is requesting sealed bids for asset management services covering pavement condition surveys and sign inspections across the county's road network, with bids due September 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at 12 East Fourth Ave, Suite 106, Rome, Georgia.

The scope covers pavement condition assessment and sign inventory using ASTM D6433-18 standards and Pavement Condition Index (PCI) ratings across approximately 735 paned centerline road miles. The County will provide ESRI GIS shapefiles and access to OpenGov files. The contractor may elect to provide the driver and vehicle for data capture, or the County will provide these resources if unavailable to the contractor. Bids will be evaluated on a lump-sum or unit-price basis, whichever best serves County interests. Bid prices must remain valid for 120 days from closing. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of approved invoices.

The contract includes automatic renewal each December 31 unless the Board votes to terminate in a public meeting.
