The scope of work includes inspecting and repairing the outside unit, cleaning and treating rusted areas with exterior DTM paint, replacing exterior control devices with the newest version, replacing all filters and filter covers, replacing all flexible ducting, operating and cleaning auger channels, inspecting and replacing broken lights, checking safety features, providing an operational review to end users, and submitting closeout documents for replaced parts. All work must be substantially completed within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed and must comply with Florida Building Code, State Fire Marshal, and local authority requirements. Prospective bidders are required to be licensed, qualified contractors whose fields are governed by Florida Statutes Chapters 399, 455, 489, and 633, and must register with the Florida Department of Management Services MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Registration System. The non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for March 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Building 2067, Department of Public Works, Camp Blanding, with final questions from bidders due April 1, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. A tentative final addendum will be published April 8, 2026, and sealed bids will be received and publicly opened on April 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Robert F.
