The scope encompasses comprehensive bathroom and plumbing upgrades across a five-story office building (approximately 52,250 gross square feet, serving an estimated 331 persons) including barrier-free ADA-compliant fixtures, utility space modifications, wall and partition work, and finishes. The project is subject to the Michigan 2021 Building Rehabilitation Code, ASHRAE 90.1-2022, National Electric Code 2023, Michigan Plumbing Code 2021, and includes fire suppression systems and 60-minute fire-resistance ratings at stairwells. Asbestos and lead paint abatement in accordance with the Asbestos Material Survey Report and DTMB procedures is required. Architectural and engineering services are provided by Kendra C.
