The scope encompasses help desk operations, remote troubleshooting, and on-site technical dispatch services applied to 229 A/V and VTC systems across the nation, primarily at airports and National Capitol Region facilities, on a firm fixed-price basis from September 30, 2026 through September 27, 2027.

The estimated award value ranges from $1 million to $2 million. Place of performance is based in Springfield, Virginia, where TSA maintains 115 systems at its headquarters alongside 229 nationwide systems. Sarah Trudeau, Contract Specialist, serves as the primary point of contact at sarah.trudeau@tsa.dhs.gov or (571) 227-3696, with Antoine M. Brooks as the requirements contact at antoine.brooks@tsa.dhs.gov or (571) 227-5453.

This recompete follows the General Services Administration's Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) indefinite-delivery contract GS00Q17NSD3000, a multiple-award vehicle awarded to AT&T Enterprises, LLC on July 31, 2017, with a $50 billion ceiling and performance extending through July 30, 2032. The follow-on TSA contract is being competitively solicited under the GSA Schedule vehicle rather than as a direct order continuation under the EIS IDIQ.
