About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command is seeking a non-personal services contractor to provide comprehensive security systems maintenance and repair for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). The contract requires maintenance and technical support for the Lenel OnGuard security system, which includes indoor and outdoor security cameras, access control locks, magnetic door locks, cabling, monitors, server infrastructure, and associated displays. Contractors will be responsible for ensuring continuous and reliable operation of the facility's security technologies without direct government supervision. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the pre-solicitation notice, contractors will need expertise in security systems maintenance, particularly with Lenel OnGuard technology and related infrastructure. The opportunity was posted on May 27, 2025, with responses due by June 10, 2025, under solicitation number PANMC-25-P-0000011353.
The contract is designated as a total small business set-aside, targeting smaller security systems service providers within the 561621 NAICS category for Security Systems Services. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) indicates this is a comprehensive maintenance contract focused on preserving the operational integrity of WAMC's security infrastructure. While specific contract value or service duration are not explicitly stated, the detailed technical requirements suggest a complex and potentially significant engagement. The contract will require the selected vendor to maintain accountability directly to the government through their primary contractor, with no direct government supervision of service providers. Interested firms should have demonstrated capabilities in maintaining complex security systems, particularly those involving Lenel OnGuard technologies, Dell server environments, and integrated security monitoring platforms.
