About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency is conducting market research into commercially available turnkey Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems (WIDS) and requests white paper responses by June 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. An active Facility Clearance is required for the prime contractor at award, though DISA will not sponsor clearances; uncleared vendors with strong technical capabilities are encouraged to pursue teaming with cleared defense contractors. Place of performance covers government facility(ies) on the East Coast within the Continental United States; specific locations remain under OPSEC controls and will be disclosed only to cleared offerors during the formal RFP phase. The solution must cover a minimum of 50,000 square feet and support multi-floor office spaces or building-wide installations. Required technical capabilities include 100% passive spectrum monitoring from 70 MHz to 6 GHz (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, IoT), zero RF emissions, operation in air-gapped offline environments without cloud connectivity, real-time threat detection and geolocation on 2D or 3D facility floorplans, 95% system uptime, compliance with ICD 705 acoustic and RF shielding standards, and Trade Agreements Act compliance. The solution must encompass site validation surveys, system engineering design supporting DISA's ATO process, procurement, installation, configuration, testing, validation, and training. White paper responses are limited to five single-spaced pages, 12-point font, one-inch margins, and 5 MB maximum. Submissions should identify CAGE code, relevant contract vehicles (ENCORE III, SETI, GSA OASIS, ALLIANT II, VETS II, STARS III, NASA SEWP V, and others), facility clearances, CMMC levels, and OEM certification status. Questions are due by June 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
