Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the offer deadline using one of three methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or submitting separate written or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers; failure to acknowledge may result in offer rejection. The amendment provides a revised Statement of Work (Attachment 1) and location drawings (Attachment 2) depicting five floors of the GPO building with architectural floor plans and highlighted modification zones as of January 2025. All other terms and conditions of the original June 24, 2026 solicitation remain unchanged. Contracting Officer Troy D. White, Supervisory Contracting Officer, issued this amendment; contractors are not required to sign and return the amendment document itself.
