The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking a small business contractor to provide group fitness instruction services at Whiteman Air Force Base. The solicitation (FA462525Q1018) requires the contractor to offer a variety of exercise classes including HIIT, boot camp, yoga, spin, TRX, strength & conditioning, step, and aerobics, with each class lasting 45-60 minutes. Instructors must maintain current exercise and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications and adhere to Air Force Fitness Center dress standards. The contract will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, with the government initially screening the 5 lowest-priced offers for technical compliance. Quotes are due by May 14, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. CST, and must be submitted via email to specific Air Force personnel.
The contract is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 611620 with a $9 million size standard, targeting a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for fitness instruction. The place of performance is Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, with an estimated 780 classes per year across a base year and four option years. The fitness center can accommodate 20-25 participants per class, with sessions typically scheduled in morning and evening time slots. Contractors must submit a monthly master program schedule to the Fitness Program Director at least 30 days before the start of each month, and classes will be open to base personnel aged 16 and older. This is a new contract opportunity with no incumbent provider, and the government intends to award the BPA without discussions, though they reserve the right to conduct them if necessary.
