Key requirements include using the VetRide Third Party Portal for trip management, maintaining COVID-19 and infectious disease protocols, providing qualified personnel with specific training, ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance standards, and adhering to HIPAA compliance. No current contractors or incumbents are identified in the notice, as this is purely a market research effort to identify qualified sources.
