Key requirements include specific vehicle and staffing readiness, with contractors expected to commence operations on January 1, 2026. The proposal due date is November 17, 2025, with an estimated award date of December 10, 2025, and no further questions will be accepted after this amendment.
This solicitation is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The previous contractor, Community Pastor Care LLC, held an award valued at $8,362,308.00. The base contract period runs from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods extending through 2030, representing a potential five-year contract duration. The work is classified under NAICS code 485991 for Special Needs Transportation and PSC code V999.
