Round 2 – Additional contractor questions

Question 1:

Could you please provide the previous contractor and award amount?

Answer 1:

Previous contractor is Community Pastor Care LLC. Previous awarded amount $8,362,308.00

Question 2:

Could you please confirm if there is any specific minimum number of vehicles required to be maintained under this contract?

Answer 2:

CO can’t confirm. Please see solicitation/PWS along with all solicitation amendments (Q & A) for better understanding.

Question 3:

What is the monthly historical trip volume (past 12-24 months), seasonality, and average miles per trip (0-40 vs 40 beyond)?

Answer 3:

Please see the annual estimates. Monthly numbers can fluctuate substantially as the Veterans’ needs are constantly changing. But the annual estimate is a good estimate.

Question 4:

Price/Cost Schedule Item 1005. Is this 8,000.00 trip count or mileage?

Answer 4:

CO updated the Line item to 200 EA (trips) per year.
