Air Mobility Command is preparing to solicit Wellness Equipment Maintenance Services under a Total Small Business set-aside, with an RFI response deadline of September 22, 2026. The contract covers preventive and scheduled maintenance for specialized wellness assets located at Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida: one Polar Plunge Cold Tub with integrated salt-cell sanitation system and one Amerec SC60 Sauna unit over a 12-month period. The Polar Plunge requires 52 annual maintenance visits (weekly) including sanitation, cleaning, operational inspections, diagnostics, monthly filter replacement, pipe flushing and treatment, and chemical and salt balancing. The Amerec SC60 requires 26 annual maintenance visits (bi-weekly) covering surface cleaning, sanitization, system and heating element inspection, performance and safety verification, integrity monitoring, and preventative adjustments. The contract excludes corrective repairs, component overhauls, unscheduled service calls, replacement hardware, equipment modifications, and major electrical work from baseline pricing; these must be quoted separately and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer. Classified under NAICS codes 561790 and 811310 with PSC J049, the procurement applies small business and large commercial size standards of $9 million and $12.5 million respectively.
