This Request for Quote only includes Single Source Items (only one responsible source) from Dibert Valve that are manufactured by Swagelok, Inc. Attachment 1 is the Technical Capability Statement. The Technical Capability Statement must be checked Yes or No for each listed item, and it must be filled in at the bottom of the last page. Prices should include all applicable costs including shipping. Please fill in the Request for Quote and the Technical Capability Statement or you will not be considered for this award. The RFQ and Attachment include all of the descriptions, specifications, and quantites needed.
