The platform must meet commercial product definitions outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101 and provide access to comprehensive intelligence resources including Dow Jones Newswires and market insight reports. The contract appears focused on acquiring a sophisticated information platform that can support the Air Force's market and intelligence research needs across multiple domains.
