The project aims to provide safe drinking water for both public visitors and federal employees at three specific sites north of Pecos, New Mexico: Jacks Creek Campground, Panchuela Admin Site, and Field Tract Campground, all located along NM-63. The work falls under NAICS code 237110 for Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and PSC category Y1NE for Construction of Water Supply Facilities. Technical specifications and drawings have been made available through government files including detailed specifications, technical drawings, and a Statement of Interest spreadsheet. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on September 5, 2025, with a response deadline of September 20, 2025.

The project appears to be funded through the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) based on the file naming conventions. No incumbent contractors, specific budget ranges, or project timelines beyond the September 20 response deadline have been disclosed in this pre-solicitation phase. The Federal Meta Opportunity ID 68bb4bfaf9e205dcd6030994 serves as the unique identifier for tracking this procurement opportunity.
