Added: Mar 23, 2016 7:20 pm The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform to the standards of this contract. This commercial requirement shall include the services outlined in Part 5 of this PWS, which include, but are not limited to: comprehensive water storage tank inspection and water storage tank cleaning (interior and exterior); pre-work and post-work water testing of potable water storage tanks; and minor repair and parts replacement. The contractor shall also provide a detailed report of the inspection, cleaning, testing, and any minor repairs and / or parts replaced for each water storage tank. The report shall also include a digital video disc (DVD) recording and photographs before, during, and after each inspection and cleaning. See Technical Exhibit 3 (TE-3) - Water Storage Tank Inventory, for general information of the water storage tanks located on JBLM. All tanks are accessible by truck and trailer. The contractor shall comply with applicable Federal, State, local laws, regulations, codes, American Water Works Association (AWWA) for potable water storage systems, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Engineering Manual (EM) 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards and acceptable commercial practices in the delivery of all required services as defined in Part 5 of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and provide a service delivery plan to the COR upon award as to how these requirements will be accomplished.
