About this opportunity

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) published this Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice for the Warrior Care Global Support program, which provides critical non-clinical case management and advocacy services to Special Operations Forces (SOF) wounded, ill, or injured service members and their families. The sole source contract was awarded to 9Line, LLC under FAR 6.302-1 authority as a 4-month, two-week bridge contract valued at $6.4 million to ensure continuity of essential services while the final competitive procurement is completed. The services encompass Recovery Care, Benevolence, Military Adaptive Sports, and Career Transition Support designed to help SOF personnel recover, rehabilitate, and transition to civilian life. The sole source justification was necessary due to significant delays in the competitive procurement process caused by personnel turnover, implementation of new Executive Orders, extensive industry questions during the RFP process, and challenges with a new contract writing system. Despite conducting market research that yielded responses from 26 vendors with 22 submitting white papers and 5 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses meeting capability thresholds, the bridge contract prevents service interruption while the full competitive award is finalized. Contract H9240025CE001 was awarded on May 29, 2025, ensuring uninterrupted support for the unique challenges faced by the SOF community.
