About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22, has published a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a sole source contract to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firm for a six-month lease of multi-functional printers (MFPs) with maintenance services at the VA Loma Linda facility. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by VAAR 819.7008.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties of the VA's plan to issue a six-month, firm-fixed-price sole source contract to the incumbent provider, Four Points Technology, LLC, to bridge the gap until the VA Technology Acquisition Center can award a new five-year contract. While this is a sole source opportunity, the VA will consider capability statements from any responsible sources that can demonstrate their ability to provide the required services before the intended award date of June 20, 2024. The contract will cover software, hardware, and maintenance support for printing, copying, faxing, and scanning needs, including a full-time technician, from June 20 to December 19, 2024.
