About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Installation and Mission Support Center seeks a video game collection development and ordering system to support 63 Air Force libraries worldwide, with proposals due September 10.

The procurement is unclassified and unrestricted. Place of performance is San Antonio, Texas. The vendor must provide a commercially available, multi-tier web-based ordering platform — not custom development — with existing video game wholesaler capabilities in the library or consumer marketplace. The system must support individual logins for each of the 63 libraries under a centralized account, offer ordering of games in Xbox One & X, PlayStation 4 and 5, and Nintendo Switch formats, and include both new releases and back-catalog inventory. The vendor must mail physical games to the 63 libraries worldwide with shipping costs included in pricing, maintain a dedicated customer service representative, provide a pre-release list on a public commercial website for planning, deliver a monthly suggested order list as a pre-filled cart in the DAF Libraries account, and replace items received in error or in unacceptable condition at no additional cost. The NAICS code is 339930, Doll, Toy, and Game Manufacturing; PSC is 7820, Games, Toys, and Wheeled Goods. The requirement emphasizes existing commercial infrastructure rather than custom development to achieve rapid deployment across the distributed library network.
