The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Installation and Mission Support Center intends to procure a video game collection development and purchasing platform for the Air Force Libraries Division, with responses to a sources sought synopsis due by June 10, 2026 at 4:00 PM CDT.

The procurement will support 63 Air Force libraries worldwide with a commercially available, multi-tier web-based purchasing platform. The vendor must be a video game wholesaler capable of managing collection development—not a custom development provider. Performance is anticipated as a FY26 base effort from September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027, with three optional one-year renewals extending through September 29, 2030. The platform must offer Xbox One/X, PlayStation 4/5, and Nintendo Switch games, including new releases, current bestsellers, and back catalog materials.

Critical technical requirements include establishing 63 individual library order accounts under a single main account for centralized point management; providing an online ordering system with unique logins for each library; offering pre-release information and pre-filled suggested monthly order carts; furnishing complete sets of six games per 20 locations monthly with separate packaging and labeling; including worldwide shipping costs via U.S. Postal Service to APO addresses in New York or San Francisco; replacing defective items at no cost within a 30+ day return window; and dedicating a customer service representative. Pricing shall be firm-fixed with shipping included. The vendor must provide test access to evaluate website compliance.

The Federal Supply Class is 7820 with NAICS code 339930 (Doll, Toy, and Game Manufacturing). The small business size standard is 700 employees. The Government will evaluate responses to determine whether to proceed with full and open competition or a small business set-aside.

Responses should be directed to Mary Cobb and Gustavo Guadron at specified email addresses.
