The solicitation seeks to acquire four individual software licenses with comprehensive capabilities to analyze company data, including financial health metrics, operational risks, solvency assessments, and corporate hierarchical information. The procurement will be conducted as a commercial items solicitation under FAR 12 and FAR 13, with proposals due by 3:00 PM EST on April 28, 2025. Award will be made to the lowest total price, technically acceptable, responsive, and responsible offeror, with the government reserving the right to award without discussions. Prospective contractors must have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, and all proposal questions should be directed to Meredith Setterfield.
